4th and Final Chemo Treatment

That's right! This was my last treatment. I went on Tuesday, November 25th for my 4th chemo treatment. Dr. Morgan is on maturnity leave so I met Dr. Whittaker who is taking her place. He introduced himself to my mom, Linda, and me and said "Congratulations, this is your last treatment!" We were all surprised as Dr. Morgan said the last treatment that my results from the PET/CT Scan were "remarkable" but didn't say I didn't need to take any more treatments. Dr. Whittaker confirmed that the cancer is in remission!! I give all the praise to God and to the many prayers that have gone before me. Thank you. I can't imagine having to take 4 more of those treatments as this last one was really hard. Linda had made cheese enchiladas and brought to me, so we celebrated together! I go back December 22nd to have my port flushed and then in three months will have another PET/CT Scan. Again, thank you to all of you who have prayed for me. "Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits-who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." Psalm 103:2-3
